• Mysore - The traditional style practiced in
Mysore, India. With individualized instruction and
adjustments, students achieve a meditative flow at
their own pace. Sharing the room with yogis of all
levels allows students to give and receive
inspiration and energy. Some knowledge of the Ashtanga
Primary Series is recommended.
§ Note:
Students may begin their practice in their own time, but
must complete it by the scheduled class end time.
• Led Primary - A flowing presentation of the
Primary Series. Verbal and physical guidance are offered
without interrupting the rhythm of the practice. Newer
students may modify postures. Some experience is helpful
but not required.
• Led 1/2 Primary -
This abbreviated version
of the primary series offers all the vigor and flow of
the full led class with less seated asana.
• Ashtanga Basics - A guided version of the primary series
focusing on the fundamentals. Ideal for beginners or
experienced students seeking a slower or more
instructional class.
• Noon Yoga - This
energetic all-levels class
includes sun salutations, standing postures, and seated
asana. Each class is a unique sequence that can stand
alone or can be used to build skills necessary for an Ashtanga practice.
• Yin Yoga - A deep meditative class that enhances
flexibility and relaxation. Postures are passively held,
allowing the body and mind time to adapt to new levels
of openness. All levels.
• Mom & Baby Yoga

Based in the Ashtanga tradition but appropriate for yoga
beginners as well. Ideal for babies from birth through
crawling. Bring a blanket for baby to lie on. Mats are
available if you don't have your own. $5 drop-in fee.
