ASHTANGA YOGA INTRO TO MORNING MYSORE
Our popular Morning Intro Series is back for 2022!
Learn the skills of this energizing and meditative practice online or in person. We will cover basic Yoga and Sanskrit terms, breath and movement techniques, and tips for maintaining your practice. The Series will begin with a private workshop and students will be incorporated into the larger community as the sessions evolve.
WORKSHOP: Wednesday, March 2nd 6:30 – 8 am
CLASSES: MON/WED/FRI March 4th – 30th 7 am
